As shown in our Catalog, not all pot sizes, grades and/or varieties are available in all months. Please refer to these listings when ordering dormant azaleas for shipping during each month of the year. Dormant azaleas are packed in waxed boxes without pots. The number of plants per case and the cubic footage of each case is dependent upon the grade and pot size of the plants. Azaleas may be ordered by specific variety, color percentages, or as assorted varieties. Only one variety is packed per case. Plant prices are determined by the order ship date. Volume discounts shown are based upon the total number of cases per order. Listed prices do not include any applicable patent charges. Substitutions: Every attempt will be made to fill all items as ordered and confirmed. Unless otherwise instructed and noted on an order, we will make substitutions to best conform to the items ordered. Substitutions to varieties of similar color, and size will be made as a standard procedure whenever necessary. Special Instructions: Please note any special instructions on your order regarding the items ordered, days closed, shipping method, shipping date or shipping locations. We will make every attempt to accommodate your requests. Business Hours: Our normal business hours are from 8:00-4:30 PM PST. We are closed all legal holidays. Tours of our nursery and greenhouses are gladly given to our customers. Appointments are recommended and appreciated, but are not necessary, during normal business hours. Warranty Claims: We warrant our nursery stock to be true to description or name under which it is sold. No liability is assumed by Woodburn Nursery and Azalea, Inc. for delay or failure to deliver for any reason beyond our control. Under no circumstances will seller be liable for more than the purchase price of the plant. Claims: No claim will be honored unless it is made in writing on the bill of lading upon receipt of the shipment. We also request that you notify us within 5 days of delivery if there is a count discrepancy or if any damage occurred during shipment. It will be at the sole discretion of Woodburn Nursery and Azalea, Inc. to evaluate and issue any and all credit adjustments.
