Blooming Azalea Ordering Information:
Thank-you for your interest in Woodburn Nursery and Azaleas.
Our catalog prices are in effect from June 1, 2007 through May 31,
2008. All blooming azaleas are typically shipped with Stage 1
flowers (candle stage). Tighter (Stage 0) and more advance
color development (up to Stage 2) is available upon request. To
view pictures of different stages please return to our catalog page
and click on Stage. In general, forced azaleas are
ordered by color, not variety. Color assortments vary
depending upon the season and time of year. Special requests
for particular colors and/or varieties are confirmed whenever
possible. We also offer holiday wraps and pot covers upon
request.
Orders received by 2 PM
are typically shipped the next business day. Air freight
shipments are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Call about specially negotiated air freight rates. In addition to
air, we also ship with several other carriers including,
scheduled-route truck lines, Amtrak, UPS, and Federal Express.

Business Hours: Our normal business hours
are from 7:00-4:30 PM PST. We are closed all
legal holidays. Tours of our nursery and greenhouses are gladly
given to our customers. Appointments are recommended and
appreciated, but are not necessary, during normal business hours.
Terms: Regular credit terms are available
for accounts with approved credit. Our payment
terms are Net 30 days with finance charges of 1.5% per
month on the unpaid past due balance which equals 18% per annum. Unless credit is established prior to shipping, all
sales are on a cash in advance of shipment
basis. No C.O.D. shipments will be made.
Warranty Claims: We warrant our nursery
stock to be true to description or name under
which it is sold. However, we give no warranty as to the variety,
productivity or fitness for any particular use of the plants we sell. No liability is assumed by Woodburn Nursery and
Azalea, Inc. for delay or failure to deliver
for any reason beyond our control. Under no circumstances
will seller be liable for more than the purchase price of the
plant.
Claims: No claim will be honored unless it
is made in writing on the bill of lading upon
receipt of the shipment. We also request that you notify
us within 5 days of delivery if there is a count discrepancy or if any damage occurred during shipment. It will be at
the sole discretion of Woodburn Nursery and
Azalea, Inc. to evaluate and issue any and all
credit adjustments.
